Welcome to the eRasputin Tarot Blog. A lot of people talk about intuative reading in modern Tarot, and the importance of listening to your inner guide, but this blog is for another kind of reader. Here, I'll be looking at technical reading – the art of reading Tarot by working your kiester off and learning how esoteric rules go together to create the meanings of the cards. I'll be looking at Kabbalah in Tarot, Astrology in Tarot, Colours, Numerology, Pythagorean Numerology, the mystical properties of the Hebrew letters and plenty of other things that float my Tarot boat.

This part of the site also contains my Fiction Blog, also under the auspices of eRasputin Tarot, since much of my fiction is Tarot related,or inspired by Western esotericism.

Deosil is my new series of stories about the Fool's journey through the Thoth Tarot. It's the post-metaphysical-apocalypse journey of The Fool: cosmically powerful, and wise about things we could barely imagine, yet ignorant about things we take for granted. The Fool walks through the hellish streets of London under the rule of the Enterers, facing agony, danger and death in a series of short stories based on the imagery and cosmology of Crowley's Thelema doctrine, and the Thoth Tarot.
